Myrtle Court Apartments were built in 2001 and refurbished in 2022. The flats have 237 beds, and there are two En-Suite (en-suite bathroom, shared kitchen) and one Studio (en-suite bathroom and kitchen) room types. The rooms have comfortable beds, storage wardrobes, tables and chairs, and personal study space. There are also storage cabinets under the bed for extra storage needs. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and dining table, so you can enjoy cooking in the kitchen with friends.

The common areas are cleaned by an attendant free of charge. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer in the laundry room, which students can use with coins. Myrtle Court apartments also offer bike storage and car parking. There are food vending machines in the flats to keep residents motivated at all times. Rent includes all costs: WIFI, water, electricity, internet and heating.

Location and What's Hot?

Myrtle Court is located on the outskirts of Liverpool, next to Crown Street Park, where you can meet up with your fellow students for a meal and some fun in the park. For those who like to work out, Steel Habitat is a 9-minute walk away, and Kimos Cafe is a great place to grab a coffee after your workout. Liverpool's busiest city centre is just a 15-minute walk away, with Liverpool One shopping centre, high street brands such as Topshop, restaurants such as Nando's and entertainment venues to keep students busy after school.

Transport

From Myrtle Court apartments, students can walk to the University of Liverpool in 12 minutes and Liverpool International College in 13 minutes. Students can catch a bus from Edge Hill Station, just a short walk away. If you want to go out of town, you can see a train from Liverpool Central and Edge Hill train stations, which are only a few minutes away.
