Overview: UniGardens is a small student housing place in Canberra. It has nice apartments and rooms, good facilities, and it's close to universities and fun places, so students can have a great time living there.

Features & Living Experience: UniGardens has different types of rooms like studios, 1-bedroom, and 2-bedroom apartments. They're all nicely furnished and comfortable. There are 75 flats in total. Each unit can have two single beds or one big bed. Students can share these apartments or rent them by themselves. There's also a laundry room with washing machines, a study room with a library, a gym, and places to play games like billiards and table tennis. Plus, there's a BBQ area outside for everyone to use. The building is safe with security cards and cameras.
