Tramways is a cheap student accommodation in Chester, offering both En-suite and Studio rooms to suit the needs of students. Tramways offers two types of student rooms; the En-suite is the most common option, with a single bedroom with an inside bathroom and a shared kitchen and living room. All rooms are provided with complementary furniture such as 3/4 size beds, while the modern kitchen area comes with essential kitchen equipment such as a fridge, microwave and hoover. Some rooms come with one or more floor-to-ceiling windows for excellent lighting. The flats offer 100Mb of free WiFi, and all utilities and heating costs, as well as contents insurance, are included in the rent.

Students are provided with a variety of amenities in the communal areas of Tramways. The spacious and cosy Lounge is a social area for all, the Study Room provides a quiet study environment for those approaching exams, and the Laundry Room allows everyone to get away from the hassle of washing tasks. Tramways is located on Crewe St, within walking distance of Tesco, Co-op Food, Waitrose, Iceland and Sainsbury's supermarket chains. At the same time, International Supermarket and Spice of Asia will unlock a diverse range of goods for you. There are also a variety of culturally diverse restaurants around the student flats, with King's Grill, The Yard, Sticky Walnut and Shanghai Restaurant being some of the most highly rated restaurants in the area. The Town Crier, Bridgewater Arms and Egerton Arms are great places to grab a drink with friends.

A 15-minute walk south of Tramways takes you to the city centre area, Chester's main business district. There is the Grosvenor Shopping Centre and the Westminster Arcade, which contains a variety of retail, electronic and accessory shops. Instead, the large green spaces around the centre, Grosvenor Park, Chester Roman Gardens and Earl's Eye Meadows are also worth a visit.

Tramways is just near Chester railway station, where you can take a train to other cities. The University of Chester is also a 16-minute bus ride away, while West Cheshire College is a 19-minute bus ride from Tramways.
