There’s also high-speed Wi-Fi across the building so you can post all your amazing pictures from freshers week or play your favourite games. You can get to know your neighbours in our communal area or have a game of pool in the games area. If that’s not your style, watch a film and chill in our cinema room equipped with cosy bean bags and couches.

During exam season, or when you just want to get a head start with uni work, use our study rooms to focus on getting your tasks done. Our garden area is ideal for getting some fresh air and clearing your head after a busy day of lectures.

Whether it’s chilling with your friends at Platt Fields Park which is just a 5-minute walk away or going to nearby bars such as HAUS or Squirrels which are only down the road.

If going out for a meal is your favourite thing to do, there’s Burger & Co as well as House of Chai not far from the property so you can get together with friends and enjoy some tasty food. If you want to head off into the city centre, the world is your oyster as you can use the array of public transport available and hop on a bus to be there in 15-minutes.
